Policy on Dating allowance
Last week there was a Court filing on a WIPRO Employee and Azim premji on domestic violence act. The allegation said WIPRO is providing dating allowance to her husband due to which he has neglected her. But WIPRO announced that there is no Dating allowance in any form to an employee of WIPRO.
Why not to have a Dating allowance policy for IT industry, afterall the IT industry is the most young aged industry in India. We here creating a policy for availing Dating Allowance which can be implemented all over the world.
