Former bollywood actress and the girl friend of Abu saleem, monica Bedi enters into tamil film industry with a lead role in Vithagan. Vithagan was directed by magesh and will be produced by sudeesh. Sudees is relative to Vijayaganth, the captain of Tamil film industry who is starring in Vithagan.

When contacted the director and producer they said, it will be perfect if monica bedi is playing the lady lead role and they had contacted Monica bedi for that. After consideration of story and also the comeback Monica Bedi accepted the offer of acting in the film with Vijaykanth, the captain of Tamil film industry.
