Navaneet kaur first acted in a Kannada movie Darshan. Then followed her debut in Telugu with Seenu, Vasanthi and Lakshmi. Chetna (2005), Jagapathi (2005), Bhuma (2008), Good Boy are some of her other movies.She already acted in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu movies, but her Malluwood debut opposite superstar Mammootty in the Malayalam film Parunthu didn`t happen, Navaneet kaur had been replaced by Lakshmi Rai. Navneet Kaur is literally struck up in a tight schedule playing in the movies, Kalachakram, Terror, Flash News and Jabilamma in Telugu and she does the role of an action heroine in Terror. In the recent past, Navaneet kaur also shared screen space with Vijayakanth in a Tamil movie Arasangam. apart from Navaneet kaur film appearance, she also performs dance in Gemini TV(humma humma).
