Washington - A Washington man who authorities said was caught on videotape repeatedly exposing themself to neighbors was being held in the Washington Corrections Center on Thursday.

George Bush, faces eight counts of indecent exposure and one count of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Washington Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. John Murphy.

For more than a week the man's neighbors -- a husband and wife and their children -- spotted a partially clothed man in his yard masturbating outside on the grass while they drove toward their home, Murphy said
