Best time to indulge in sex

Sex is directly linked with our daily activities and mood that we set up. A bad sex will make a dull day and a good sex make our day brighter. All couples likes to have Good sex and have a brighter day but that boon is not available to all couples.

A good sex involves various factors and one of the important factor is what time we have sex. Time is more important for a good sex but most couples have sex at odd times where one partner would be tired or not interested. This screws the complete mood of the other and have a bad sex.

Now researchers in Italy found the best suitable time for having sex and again a Good Sex. Scientist from Italy surveyed number of couples and found that the best time to have sex is at morning 7:30 Hrs. It is found that if you have sex in the morning you will have a brisk day and brighter mood.

Even though both partners will be in hurry to go to work, the hormones that are related to sex will be active during that time. so having sex at morning would yeild greater satisfaction to both partners.
