Windows 7 Release Candidate (build 7100) leaked
Just a month before in the entertainment industry, a full Length Movie X-MEN Wolverine: the Origins got leaked into the P2P networks. This time it is in Software Industry a leak happened. The All New Windows 7 release candidate got leaked into the P2P network last week. People from various review sites confirmed this leak. It is claimed that Build 7100 of Windows 7 had been finalized for Release candidate (RC) by the software Gaint Microsoft.
This Build version got leaked into P2P networks and file sharers started to download them. Fake downloads appeared couple of days later but the moderators are prompt in removing them. it is found that both 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions are leaked to various P2P networks.
Source of the leak is not yet Identified and there is no official comment on this leak from Microsoft alos. Windows 7 RC1 was scheduled to be released on May 5 2009, but P2P networks released the RC1 just two weeks before. Atleast for X-Men Wolverine: the origins Movie, 20th century fox contacted FBI for investigations and arrested three people. Microsoft products are the main target of Virus writers, Piracy promoters and vulnerabilty finders. Now It is going to be a favorite for Leakers too.
